How to apply for subdomains?

hello guys!
I want to apply to adsense for my subdomain but I am unable to do the same.
There are asking me to enter root domain as you know and I entered aaatechnologyservices.com.
But after reviewing my application they declined my application reason -"insufficient content'.
My question is "How Can I tell them that I want to get adsense for my subdomain article.aaatechnologyservices.com .
