SEO Proposal Documents

I have a friend in need some basic SEO on his new website. I've done SEO on the sites I've own. Now I'm wanting to go out and do work for others. Can someone recommend where I can find some good SEO proposal documents that are free or inexpensive? I don't want anything too complicated but want it to be professional.
