Separate Account for Google Shopping Feed?

Hi,
I need advice on setting up a Google Shopping Feed. I have an e-commerce website with 100 products and want to spend about $100 a day total on AdWords.
I want my Google shopping feed to display constantly and because the CPC on most items is about 50 cents per click this is feasible with a $100/day budget to generate the traffic I need to survive.
