Need help to find this affiliate network

I hear long ago somewhere that there is an affiliate program, which pays if you find users who are willing to install a ‘missing’ plugin while they try to watch a video?
they pay per install i guess, but couldn’t find such network after few hours of googlin’
Anyone familiar with such thing, please write back asap.
