Want to enable two campaigns from a list of 12 enabled campaigns in Google adwords!

My company have an adword account,currently its not running any campaigns since the balance is exhausted.But there are a number of campaigns in the enable status in the account ,I just want to enable two two of them ,If I make a payment does it cause for all the campaigns to get start since all are in enable status,so what I have to do to start only the two campaigns of them?
