How Do I Market An Ad Broker Online

I have had aan ad broker that I have been working for around six months now. I have him ranked for for relevant keywords pretty good. First page on multiple Keywords. Problem is is he is only averaging around 20-30 new visitors a day.
I need to figure out a way to get this guy some real traffic numbers. Can any one here give me an idea on how to get traffic to his ad network site?
