Do you use paydotcom.com ?

Good day
i am trying to start Affiliate marketing but the CJ or clickbank is not accepting my registration due to country oriented problem , but today i found paydotcom.com and they accept my registration (auto), but they didn’t send any confirmation link to my email address . , SO i am confused about them ,
Do any of you use paydotcom.com ? Is paydotcom.com trusted ?
