Any tips for a beginner?

Hello. I’m new to this Pay Per Click Advertising.
I have a website, and I’m not sure about somethings, so come here to ask for your opinion.
I’m currently running a CPA campaign target for the US, on the background ok my website. (ad2games – )
CPC – 1 Banner 300×250 from ad2games, with default code for CPMStar, in case ad2game adds don’t show
CPC – 1 Leaderboard, from ad2games, with default code for CPMStar, in case ad2game adds don’t show
So I have 3 adds in total

And, what do you think about the location of the adds? Am I doing it right?
