Question about Hostgator affiliate program

I read in one ebook about how people get profit on Flippa with sites which sold for around $50:
"…This is done by signing up for the reseller hosting at Hostgator and then hosting your site there. When customer buys the site you transfer the hosting to them and through that get the commission from Hostgator."
it’s about getting $50 from site transfer after sale on Flippa… So, is it true? If so, how exactly can I do this? Cuz with reseller package you haven’t any button like "transfer to Hostgator"… :confused:
