Exoclick Advertising problem

hi everbody!
I advertised to exoclick and I’ve done the payment through paypal for $ 200. and then came a rejection message that says I want to learn more.
I sent more information about the product and domain and hosting panels screenshots.
I sent despite the many times to email, did not respond.
Despite the many times I did not respond to an e-mail to send holiday.
I can not pass any contact with exoclick, please help.
