Is Adstract/ADk2 legitimate?

I was about to sign up to the Adstract ad Network. I wanted to sign up to this network because they were willing to accept my blog, despite it’s low amount of traffic at the moment (it’s a fairly new blog, you can view it by Googling jolly opinions blog if you wish. Feel free to leave feedback on it)! I also wanted to apply to their network because they pay by cheque (I’m under 18, so I cannot have a Paypal account). Not only that, but their customer service appeared friendly. The lady said: "Thanks for your reply, and it would be an honor for us if you could join our network.
