I need help promoting my own free list building ebook

Hi,
I have written a 58 page free ebook on List Building – I have just created a video that shows you inside the ebook – an overview of sorts – like Amazon does.
People have told me I should sell it on ebay or on a separate site? As it is my first ebook – I want to give it away to see if anyone likes the way I write or if they find the information valuable?
The question is: how do I find targeted people ( people interested in List Building)? Where do they hang out? I believe list building is important in any niche. because List building is for all niches – where does one start?
I would appreciate some guidance if possible please.
Please can you comment my approach at promoting it on my site.
