Clicksor Help for CPA offers

Hello Clicksor Friends.
I am new with Ads Marketing, i want to advertise my CPA offers with Media buys so i want to use Clicksor with my cpa offers.
So, Is it allowed to Use CPA offers over clicksor (Dating offers, Insurance Offers , Email submits )
Or if anyone tell me best network to use for that?
