Do you anyone have the experience with Ad-server Application?

I need your comments to select the best ad-server application to manage all my Company’s Advertising and Publishing accounts. I’m just start collecting the information to select the best one. So guys please share your experience you have with the ad-server application so that I can take a better decision which better worth for the money to be spent.
