want to get some target traffic foe my nicne websites

Would like to order targeted website traffic for my niche websites,www.smokerstown.com, and forextradingpractices.com
Maybe this is not the best category that i should post ,but i cannot find better categories.
Any expert here can tell me where wI can get some cheap and effective traffic for these kind of websites?I would like place amazon products on www.smokerstown.com,and place some amazon and CB products on www.forextradingpractices.com
