Help Regarding Links

Now coming to point…
I am new in web designing. In fact a newbie. I had a passion for web designing and so learnt it all and all from internet. So my knowledge is limited.
I am building a website. It is mobile sms site. What I want to know is that I provide space on my site for banners as well as text links. Site is abot 20% complete and on 100% completion it will have about 2000 pages. If I place banners and links there at that time then I will have to paste inks on each and every page once again…. which is of course a hectic job.
