Is MetaNetwork.com Paying ?

Hi,
I’m new with metanetwork and I searched for reviews.Some are good,some are bad.Someone says it pays,someone not.
I’d like to know from your own experience.
I’m getting VERY high CPM ther.I think min eCPM is $0.10 ( EVEN WHEN NO CLICK IS CONVERTED).
After some conversions it goes $0.30+.
Do they pay ?
