Are sites like Tribal Fusion worth getting into?

I am currently looking for an advertiser that pays me well and I was recommended Tribal Fusion, Casale Media and CPX Interactive. Most of my hits come from the US followed by the UK. I currently get over 600,000 UV a month so I am good for these ad companies but I want to know are they worth going into?
