Anyone Tried Adbuzzz.com?

I just got an invitation from Adbuzzz.com (not Adbuzz.com). They said they’re offering a flat rate of $0.12-0.15 CPM, and that payments via Paypal will be double, or something. Anyone ever tried them? Are they legit?
