Adf.ly has turned into scam?

I have been making 6-7 $ each months with adfly since last three to four months but this month the earnings are really down. At first I thought it was due to google dance(most of my traffic comes from google) but then I checked my traffic stats and traffic seems to be normal or rather better than previous months. Then I checked my adfly account again I have found something interesting. It seems adfly is counting all the clicks but giving me credit for only 2 % of it.
In my adfly control panel under "Top 20 Countries" I see about 5000 clicks and around 5-6 $ "Earned" from many different countries. BUT my "Month Earned: " under "January 2012 Report" shows only a few cents which is around two percent of the earnings i see under "Top 20 Countries".
