Is Addynamo scamming clicks ?

Any other publishers noticed a huge drop in the amount of clicks registered last 4/6 weeks. 19 clicks off 11,000 impressions, best one was 32 off 81,000.
Who they trying to kid i run other networks alongside which are not the main ad and get more clicks.
The rates have always been awful, but this is a joke if they are not counting clicks.
