Guys i need help

Hey Guys,
Happy New Year,
i wanted a suggestion from you guys, i am running a portal for the past 1 years, my traffic on the website is reasonable, lately my adsense account was disabled, which is quite disturbing so i am looking for an alternative like any other person..
Chikita is killing me i mean seriously
May be my website niche is different, its more news thing but most of the traffic is coming from USA and Canada nearly 30,000 visitors per day.
Any Suggestions
