Apple wins narrow ruling in patent fight with Android phone maker HTC

In a closely watched patent battle with potential repercussions for the smartphone industry, the International Trade Commission on Monday sided with Apple and narrowly ruled that handset-maker HTC was copying elements of its iPhone and that its imports of certain phones into the United States be stopped.
