[ASK]Need advice about my Payment on blacklabelads

hello,
i’m sorry if i’m post on wrong category
i’m request my payment all my payment ( because on August , October and December ) i didnt get it
so i email them. But i have little confuse
them said my payment just 56 USD :nohope:
but i check on my dashboard i got 121 USD
are this my fault or blacklabelads will cheating me ?
