Anyone ever try ValueClick Media?

I got these ValueClick Media people emailing me several times a week for the past few months asking to advertise on my site. I figure its probably no good since they appear to be begging for my business. I did a search on here and couldn’t find anything recent on them.
Does anyone have any good or bad experiences with ValueClick Ads?
