CPC program for a file-hosting site.

We (My Team and I) will be starting a new file-hosting site very soon with lowest premium packages and high-speed downloads. The launch date is 01st January 2012 although we would like to keep the name of the site undisclosed for the time.
Since we think of keeping lower cost for premium accounts and more payouts than other competitors, We would like to place CPC ads on my site to make extra earnings to support our site.
We wish to have the proper info on which is the best CPC program which will support a file-hosting site as we are expecting huge traffic of atleast 5,000 UV per day from a month of its start.
