Contextweb CPM, Anyone using them?

Hi, I’ve started to work with contextweb from 2 days ago. I have put 728×90 and 160×600 banners on top of my blog. My ask price for every 1000 views is 0.5$ and everyday my impression is +2000 for every banner.But the problem is that my fillrate is 0%, what is the problem? I think 0.5$ for such big banners on top of my blog is not very much.
