Looking for more traffic…

We’ve been using Adwords to advertise our website for over 5 years now and aren’t getting as many conversions that way over organic hits [which i guess is a good thing]. I’m interested in hearing alternatives for adwords for a website like ours [spcaegrinders.com] that wouldn’t violate any policies, ect. I’ve found another network that targets the right market [420click] and am curious if anyone knows other places that would benefit us from more traffic. We’re already doing the blogging, mailchimp emails, backlinking on other sites.
