Luminate is garbage

I wanna share my experience with this new player.
I signed up and was approved, started serving ads. After serving them for about one month, I received an email that they are "experiencing technical difficulties" in serving ads and will fix it soon. Okay, I didnt pay much attention to it. So now I logged in and my status says – denied. No email notification, no other notice about stopping my account. Oh well, I thought its a professional company. Nevermind.
end of story.
p.s: is anyone serving ads from luminate NOW? please tell if you do so. Im confused, on google help many people still are saying that the ads arent appearing.
