Advertiser know Website Traffic Source?

Hi, does the Advertiser know from where exactly am I getting the traffic? I mean suppose if "XYZ Ad Network" decides to display their CPM Advertisements in my site.. will they be able to figure out from where my traffic comes? Like whether from Twitter or Facebook or may be Google SERPs ??
