what to do about affiliate skimming?

I am promoting an affiliate program on one of my websites and I strongly believe they are skimming my commission. Last year they paid me about 50% of what their website reporting showed. I understand some refunds, but 50% seems like a lot. This year they have paid me less than 30% what their website shows. Their affiliate signup page lists a 7% conversion rate, but this year I have sent almost 800 clicks and have only been paid for 3 sales. The reporting shows that I am getting a reoccurring order every month, but I am never paid for that. My website is extremely relevant for this advertiser as I have a review about their product, as well as reviews for competing products.
