Illegal files on “paid per download” sites.

Hey there everyone. =)
I’ve seen that almost all the high earners on websites that pay you per 1000 downloads
are uploading illegal files that are copyright protected and so on. Such as movies, softwares, pictures etc.
I’m just wondering if anyone here got some experience with these kind of networks.
Do they ban you once they find out what you’re uploading copyright protected content and take back the money you have earned?
Or do they simply ignore it if it’s not being reported by someone?
I’m just curious because no file host allows these files, yet everyone knows that this is
the easiest way to earn money with them.
