Looking for a link tracking service for PPC

Hello all…
I am looking for a tracking service that will let me set up a tracking URL and CHANGE the target page while retaining the same tracking link. (Hope this makes sense ) Tracking202 would let me do this, but now it’s being shut down…
Only free services and no "self-hosted" services please. I can not afford a server at the moment.
