Request everyone’s help with tips on How/Where to get Publishers to join our network

Hi All,
Hope you all are fine. I’m very new here and loving the forum.
Recently, I joined my Uncle’s PPC company. My task is inviting potential publishers to Join Us. We have some great offers too.
But as a new comer in this field, I have lack knowledge on How/where to find publishers? Any help (or tips) from experts is very much appreciated.
