What is the best PPC program in year 2011??

Hello everyone….
There are so many PPC program on the Internet. Some are pay so very little and must wait too long to get paid. And worst, some of them never pay a.k.a. SCAM!
We all hate SCAM, don’t we?
SCAM is worse than criminal, rape, or even murder!
It waste our time, our energy, our money, our hope, and many more…
So, if you are so kind, please share us which ones are really pay and paid you the best!
