What’s the biggest challenge you experience with Affiliate Marketing?

For me it’s managing multiple affiliate partners and having to deal with stats for every single one.  It’s such a pain in the ass to have to use stats remote (which is clunky IMO) and also make sure that all checks are collected on time.
