Best way to Promote anti aging and health products?

I was wondering if you have an experience in promoting anti aging / skin care / cosmetics?
I believe (tell me if I’m wrong) that PPL will go better in this niche because before a client buys this kind of products he/she wants to get a sample of it. and I believe that PPL will be more successful.
I am setting up a new anti aging products review site and I can’t decide which reviews to publish, what do you think will go better?
Tell people to BUY specific products
Tell people to fill name and to get free sample
