Qualibid Pay per Click Alternative

Hello,
Qualibid.com is a relatively new player on PPC market. There are not many reviews about this network, and I’d like to ask you guys what you’ve heard about them or what you can tell from your personal experience.
This network keeps adding new tools and one of the major improvements that was announced this week is their brand new conversion tracking tool, that allowas advertisers to track their conversions. They offer tracking pixel, post back URL and click ID manager.
