How to monetize a movie site?

Hi, I’ve tried:
-Content locker – but then realized that visitors don’t really like that.
-Amazon Affiliate – incase they want to buy the movie
-Adsense
-Videobb – $30/10,000 views (streaming)
-UploadStation – $32/1,000 views (Download)
So I will remove the content locker. I was thinking on doing the following:
1) Add membership privileges to my blogger – But don’t know how or what to use.
2) Paypal donation button
3) Add a notification near the nav bar saying "Additional HD Player – install this to view and download movies in HD Quality" BUT again I don’t know where to get it or how I could install it.
Please Help me with the dont knows/ Thanks
