Selling products on monthly subscription with three tier affiliate system?

I’d like to sell products on a monthly subscription so customers get sent the product each month as long as they subscribe.
Also I’d like a three tier affiliate system so that customers can refer friends three levels deep and earn money.
Is this possible anywhere? I’ve searched and searched and can’t find anything.
