Is there any Content Locking Gateway affiliate program with CPA options?

Hi guys,
I’m thinking about joining a Content Locking Gateway affiliate program, and I know some good networks and programs that use this kind of technology …
But, what i’m looking for is a Content Locking that can I customize, not the design, but the ads/offers, like what we do in CPA networks platforms to get only the offers that we want to promote. I mean to choose content gateway offers that are suitable for my niche ONLY.
