WUpload.com Downloads

Hello, I was wondering where most people get so many downloads, I’m trying other forums and giving them free stuff via my wupload.com link but only around 25 people have downloaded so far, it’s a pretty active forum too.
So what I’m asking is that, do you people have any idea where I should post my file and what file I should upload.
I can get ANY file.
