ValueClick Annoying iPad Pop Unders

Is anyone else having problems with ValueClick’s pop under ads behaving like virus? I am referring to the annoying You Won iPad ads that open new windows when you try to close them. I have spent valuable time going through the list adding filters to ban these annoying pop under ads and every day they show back up on the list! I have complained to VC support to no avail. Now I am considering dropping VC altogether as they seem to allow ads with malicious code .
