Anyone know why adsense not showing up in one part of the page?

Hi all,
I have a blog at blogger.com
http://www.areyoupregnant.net/
on the right of the homepage, u will see a dotted border.. anyone know why my adsense is not showing? but it shows up when you click on a post.
can anyone help me out?
