Need 500-1000 free signups

we need 500-1000 sign ups before our website launches. The site is for auctioning advertising space.
We are giving people who sign up a week to put an auction on our site before the launch as well as 90 no fee accounts. This way we have auctions on the site on the day of launch. Please reply with the word auction so i know you read all of this and the price is per 100 sign ups.
Each sign up must know what the site is for etc and we will be randomly emailing people to ask them. to make sure your sign ups are legitimate.
