Planning my first campaing and spending the money wisely – Need help

I’m just starting with PPC to CPA, and I need some advises on how to plan my campaign wisely so I won’t burn my money for nothing.
My goal is to bring traffic to my gaming website and hopefully there my CPA ads will do the job, but I need help in planning my advertising campaign.
