Any Trusted Referral Sites?

I am literally apart of like 7-10 referral sites but can’t generate any actual movement on my site. The sites I use, use surf bars and many of us know that people really aren’t going to go through your site when surfing. Does anyone know of any free websites that I could use that would help me generate some type of movement?
