My Smowtion Result , plz Advise me

Hello,
This is my yesterdays Status 6503 impressions , 69 Clicks , Income 0.09$ , CPM is 0.01,
5 days status: 23222 impressions, 211 Clicks , Total Income 1.17 – lolz , is this for real ?
Plz tell me Some ad network that will b better then this onw atlest 0.10 CPM , or any other CPC network, what u suggest ?
NOTE: I have adsens ads on my site but i wanna ad another ad network for some extra earnings
