Is SBDCash a Scam ?! where are they now?! any info please

Last time i checked the site sbdcash.com i got this on its page: It works!
so what is the matter is it a game?!!!
please any trusted info
i go into this site to work with PPI program of them and now nothing is there.
please any other site i can replace it with and only trusted one please
