Are there any new ad networks that even come close to the old and true stalwarts?

You all know them: AdSense, CasaleMedia, TribalFusion, ValueClick Media…
Are there any recent start-ups (say, no more than a couple of years old) that come close to them in terms of eCPM payouts, admin interfaces and regular payments?
It seems that the old ones are still the best ones. Or, am I wrong?
